About this workflow
When a customer emails a booking request, this flow extracts the key details (service type, preferred date/time, contact info), checks the contractor's Google Calendar for availability, then branches: if the slot is free it drafts a confirmation reply and books the event; if it's taken it finds the next three open slots and drafts an alternatives email. In both cases the reply is sent back via Gmail, the contractor gets a Slack ping, and confirmed bookings are logged to a Google Sheet for the job backlog. The flow shows Google Calendar as an attached resource on each agent that touches the calendar, making the integration architecture explicit.
